How delivery works

Once your order is confirmed with you, we prepare and dispatch it and share courier and tracking details when they exist. You can follow progress on the Track order page.

Delivery areas, times and charges

Delivery charges are shown with each fragrance and at checkout. If your bag contains fragrances with different delivery fees, the highest fee is charged once for the whole order, regardless of quantity. A fee of zero is shown as free delivery. Any store-wide free-delivery minimum applies to the whole order.

If a delivery charge has not yet been set, checkout will say “Confirmed with you” and we will agree the details when confirming your order.

Cash on Delivery

Please keep your phone reachable — we confirm every Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.
